Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination country. Exact shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery generally takes 12-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Although Étoile Home provides a general time frame, we do not guarantee delivery within the stipulated time period mentioned at the time of purchase. The contract cannot be repudiated if Étoile Home fails to deliver any one or more products within the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take delivery of the goods, Étoile Home may, at its discretion, charge you for additional shipping costs.
